The all-in move from A does not mean anything, as he's low on chips. E, knowing A is going in random, might want to pick up a few chips with a slightly better hand.
The right move is to come over the top with a good sized bet about $40,000. If E lays down, you take the pot. Otherwise, your small pair would be a good hand to make some play too.
